Distillerie de Paris is the first distillery to open in Paris in over a century! The two brothers Sbastien and Nicolas source their ingredients from the famous Rungis International Market, the world’s largest fresh produce market. With a mixture of knowhow, carefully selected raw materials and a hint of intuition they handcraft delicious, artisanal spirits in the heart of Paris. These are truly exceptional, with amazing aromatics and great depth of flavour. Batch #1 Gin was the first recipe straight out of their still. Inspired by a French perfume, Cyprus by Mr Franois Coty created in 1917 this is a classic London dry gin, the juniper is, among other things, accompanied by bergamot and fresh coriander resulting in an aromatic floral gin full of finesse.
