A single cask release from the Linkwood distillery in Speyside, bottled by North Star Spirits independent bottlers. Distilled in April 2006, matured in afirst-fill hogshead and bottled in February 2021. Only 130 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46.1%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose:Brine, sourdough bread, fresh dill and soft vanilla.

Palate:Bacon wheat crunchies, mixed fruits and a zesty orange slice.

Finish:Hints of hot, cloudy apple juice, salty peanuts and lingering gentle spice.
