A single cask release from the Blair Athol distillery in the Highlands, bottled by North Star Spirits independent bottlers. Distilled in September 2006, matured ina refillex-bourbon cask and then finished in a PX sherry hogshead and bottled in February 2021. Only 130 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46.1%. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose:Homemade Amaretto sours and peaches straight from the tin.

Palate:Sweet sticky toffee pudding and butterscotch sauce.

Finish:Burnt and crispy blackberry crumble.
