A single cask release from the Jura distillery bottled by Douglas Laing under their Old Malt Cask (OMC) range. Distilled in December 2006, matured for 12 years in a refill hogshead and bottled in February 2019. Only 180 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 50%. Nose:Vanilla, toffee and apples.

Palate:Salted caramel, green ferns and pepper.

Finish:Medium length with peppery notes.
