Colour: Straw yellow with glittering highlights.

Nose: Sea spray, bonfire smoke, damp earth, spicy cinnamon, peat moss, wet grass, crushed pear, apple, and freshly baked bread.

Palate: Strong and structured with thick tar, intense peat smoke, and creamy liquorice.

Finish: Long and fiery, with lingering peat smoke and sweetness.
