An unpeated whisky from Paul John Distillers, released in early 2013 to much acclaim. Its made using barley from the foothills of the Himalayas and is distilled and matured in Goa, producing a fruity spirit with a creamy texture. Non-chillfiltered and bottled at 46%ABV. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Fruity and inviting with aromas of ripe apples, pears, and a touch of vanilla. Subtle hints of malt and a creamy sweetness are present.

Palate: Smooth and creamy with flavors of ripe fruit, honey, and a touch of spice. The texture is rich and velvety, showcasing the fruitiness and malt character.

Finish: Clean and slightly sweet with lingering fruity notes and a hint of vanilla.
