Nose: Crisp green apple, ripe pear, citrus lemon, and golden cereal.

Palate: Orchard fruits, lemon meringue, pear, vanilla meringue, and light biscuit sweetness.

Finish: Medium length with gentle wood smoke and a lingering tang.
