This is a private cask bottling, distilled in August 2007 and matured in a single bourbon cask. Bottled by the distillery in January 2019 for Derek & Ian’s Friends of Artisan. Bottled at 55.9% ABV (Bottle size 700ml)

Nose: Peat smoke, sweet vanilla, toasted oak, citrus zest, subtle floral notes.

Palate: Full-bodied, smoky peat, creamy toffee, spicy oak, dark chocolate, dried fruits.

Finish: Long and satisfying, peat smoke, oak spices, sweet bourbon influence, subtle earthiness.
