Hyde No.6 is created using 18 Year Old Single Malt and 8 Year Old Single Grain Irish whiskey which were both originally aged in flame charred American Bourbon barrels.These two carefully chosen vintages are then married together for a further 9 months of finishing in Spanish, Vintage, toasted, Oloroso sherry butt casks, giving the whiskey a full-bodied and pleasantly spicy flavour. Bottled at 46%ABV (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Dried fruits, nuts, toasted oak, caramel, and sherry sweetness.

Palate: Rich honeyed malt, vanilla, dark chocolate, dried fruits, and a hint of spice.

Finish: Long, warming, with sherry, oak, and pleasant spice.

Overall: Well-balanced, complex whiskey with sweet, spicy, and oaky notes from bourbon and sherry casks.
