Tormore 10 Year Old 1990s / Vinalda Import Single malt Scotch Whisky

Tormore, an aesthetically striking Speyside distillery designed by Sir Albert Richardson in 1959, was originally built for Schenleys Long John blends. This 1990s bottling, part of the short-lived Caledonian Malts range, reflects its rare and historic single malt offerings. After being replaced by Scapa due to poor sales, Tormores single malt was relaunched in 2004 by Pernod-Ricard.

Nose: Fresh and vibrant with aromas of green apple, pear, and a hint of honey. Subtle notes of malted barley and vanilla, with a touch of floral and herbal undertones.

Palate: Smooth and well-balanced with flavors of ripe fruit, caramel, and a delicate spiciness. The malt is rich and creamy, complemented by hints of vanilla, toffee, and a touch of oak.

Finish: Medium-length with lingering notes of fruit, honey, and a gentle spice.
