This 2022 Release of Kilkerrans 8 Year Old Bourbon Cask Matured spent eight years maturing in a bourbon cask before being bottled at a robust 55.8% ABV, without added colour or chill filtration. (Bottle size 750ml)

Nose: Honey, light peat smoke and tangerines, ham and mustard flavour crisps, costal sea air, salt, and brown vinegar.

Palete: Tangerines, lemon juice and caramelised brown sugar.

Finish:Peat appearing on the finish along with ginger snap biscuits that linger on for a good length.
