Following Amber Beverage Groups acquisition of Walsh Whiskey, the Irish producer rebranded The Irishman in early 2022. Previously known as Founders Reserve, The Harvest is said to celebrate the role of the farming community in whiskey making. Crafted from a blend of 70% single malt and 30% single pot still whiskey, all made with Irish barley, triple distilled and matured in American oak ex-bourbon barrels. Bottled at 43%. Nose:Zesty spice, black pepper and peaches.

Palate:Pot still spice, dark chocolate and bourbon oak.

Finish:Oak and butterscotch.
